I'm really sorry for my delay in posts.

For some reason, my laptop wont connect to our wireless internet at home.

I had a wonderful winter break, and started new classes today.

They seem like they will be interesting, to say the least. 

Tonight is my last night in Colorado.
I will be leaving for Minnesota tomorrow evening. 
I'm going to miss my boyfriend, and my grandma. 
I will see them soon, hopefully. 

My Darling

I feel the need to share this diamond in the rough. I've had my heart set on this house for months, and I went to look at it today. Unfortunately, I did not get to see the inside. We drove up to it, and I fell in love. It is a fixer upper, so to say, but has so much potential that it makes me smile. I know you all do not want to hear the nitty gritty details, but I'm trying to convince my boyfriend to buy it. He claims to be a country boy, but won't live here because it is on a dirt road. If only I were out of school, this baby would be mine! 

I'm just hoping something glorious will happen in this house's, and my, sake. (: 

Black and White Beauties

I just got done watching "The Craigslist Killer" on Hallmark Channel.
I really do not know why I do this to myself.
I love t.v. shows like CSI, Criminal Minds and Law and Order, but after watching, I can never fall asleep.
Call me a scaredy-cat. (: 

Country Strong

I just got home from seeing the movie Country Strong. 

Honestly the best movie I have seen in a very long time.

It is one of those movies that leaves you speechless and in a fog when leaving the theater.

It makes me think:

Maybe life is better simple. 

We need to stop pursuing all the time and just embrace what we have, because it's wonderful.

That I want a baby blue old truck and a country man to match (; 

Gweneth Paltrow has made it up up up on my favorites list, wow. She did an amazing job. 

I highly highly recommend seeing this movie. 

If anything it is humble-izing. 

Today has been a pretty inspiring day.
I look outside to the sun shining off of the cold dry pine trees.
It's a lot warmer here than Minnesota.
Now to do the paper that's due.

I am on vacation in Colorado and loving it.
This blog has a long ways to go.
I'm so excited for it! (:
